The exhilarating rush of capturing the flag while being aimed at by several paintball guns does not compare to a typical day in Hawaii Nei. What better place to play paintball for the first time in my whole life than in an amusement park that also houses ostriches?! Today, I managed to set a new record for Punahou Viet Nam Trip-goers with the distance I traveled while riding an ostrich. Afterwards, we enjoyed a light drizzle of rain, some spicy crocodile and crocodile spring rolls.
It was time to vist the Buddhist orphanage; I enjoyed the experience a lot more than I thought I would. I gained a cute Vietnamese son during my visitation. I took a bunch of pictures with him, and I think he has some of my features. When it was time to leave, I became a little emotional. I miss him a little as I am writing this, and he holds an irreplaceable part of my heart.
Anyway, now that we have arrived at this beautifully breathtaking resort, feeling full from the delicious exotic foods, I am ready to take a nice warm shower and hit the hay. This trip has been amazing so far, and I cannot wait for what's in store for tomorrow. Good night!

We left Ho Chi Minh City and started on a long bus ride to a great resort in some small fishing village. On the way there, we stopped at an amusement park place and to visit an orphanage. At the amusement park we spontaneously decided to go paintballing. It was extremely hot because we had to wear layers of clothes and masks. It was yellow vs. green. I was on yellow and we won..of course. Nah, the other team just ran out of paintballs. Then, after we took off the layers of clothes and moped up our sweat, we headed over to the ostriches to ride them. The ostriches were hard to hold onto because there is no saddle. We had to wrap our legs around its legs and grip its wings. The poor ostriches were balding and bleeding a little from holding them so tight! The ostriches went fast and after we got off, we all had ostrich dandruff on our legs.. It was nasty. We then left the amusement park and continued our long bus ride to the resort. The resort looked super chill. The next day was our day to relax, go to the beach, and get massages!
